Policy: Cookies Policy

Introduction

This Cookies Policy is intended to inform you about the use of cookies on the greenhouse.agency website. This Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Purpose

Our website uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choices. All other cookies are optional and are only set if you opt in through our cookie banner – simply browsing the site does not switch them on. Optional cookies help us understand how the site is used, improve it, and follow up on enquiries.

Scope

This Policy applies to all visitors to our website.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (such as your computer or mobile device) when you visit our website. They are used to remember your preferences, understand how you use our website, and improve your browsing experience.

We process personal data through optional cookies based on your consent, which is obtained through our cookie banner before any optional cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time: use the “Manage cookies” button in the footer of any page to reopen your cookie preferences, or clear cookies through your browser settings. If you withdraw consent, the optional cookies we set are deleted.

Types of cookies

Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the website to function and cannot be disabled. On our site they are limited to remembering your cookie choices, and security cookies set by Cloudflare (which hosts and protects the website) to distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse.

Analytics and measurement cookies

Set only with your consent. These help us understand how the website is used – the number of visitors, the pages visited, and how people found us – so we can improve it. They comprise Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager), HubSpot (which also helps us connect enquiries to our contact records), and a LinkedIn Insight tag used to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn presence.

Advertising cookies

We do not show advertising on our website and do not set cookies to target you with adverts on our site. The LinkedIn cookies listed below are used for campaign measurement on LinkedIn’s side; they are set only if you consent to analytics cookies.

The cookies we use and how long they last

The table below lists every cookie the website sets, who sets it, what it is for, and how long it lasts. It was compiled by auditing the website in July 2026.

Everything below the Cloudflare row is optional and set only after you opt in. Analytics data held in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

Third-party cookies

Where a cookie above is set by a third party (Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn or Cloudflare), that provider may also set cookies on its own domain when your browser fetches its scripts. Our website also contains links to third-party websites, which may use their own cookies; we have no control over those sites – please refer to their cookie policies for more information.
