Context and challenge

Despite culture’s power to shape public attitudes and inspire action, the creative sector is often overlooked in global climate conversations. Julie’s Bicycle recognised the need for a unifying campaign that could bring together artists, cultural organisations and creative leaders behind a shared call for climate action ahead of COP30.

Greenhouse was appointed to create We Make Tomorrow – developing the campaign strategy, brand identity, digital platform and communications toolkit for a global movement designed to demonstrate that culture has a vital role to play in delivering climate action.

Our approach and strategy

Greenhouse developed the We Make Tomorrow campaign from the ground up, creating a distinctive visual identity, messaging framework and digital experience designed to inspire participation across diverse cultural audiences.

Working closely with Julie’s Bicycle and campaign partners, we built an accessible website centred around an open letter, resources and partner engagement. The campaign identity was designed to be highly adaptable, enabling organisations around the world to use consistent assets while tailoring activity for their own audiences.

Alongside the digital platform, we produced campaign guidelines, social assets, launch communications and partner resources that helped build momentum ahead of COP30.

Key elements of the strategy included:

• Strategic campaign positioning and messaging

• Developing a new brand strategy, messaging and visual identity through stakeholder research and workshops.

• Campaign website and supporter journey

• Digital campaign strategy supporting global participation
