Context and challenge


Regenerative agriculture is gaining momentum, but translating complex sustainability frameworks into practical action remains a significant challenge. Regen10’s Outcomes Framework was developed to help organisations, farmers and policymakers measure success through shared environmental, social and economic outcomes rather than isolated practices.

To maximise its impact, Regen10 needed to transform a detailed technical framework into an engaging digital experience that could communicate the approach clearly, support partner adoption and provide a foundation for future ecosystem growth.

Our approach and strategy

Greenhouse worked with Regen10 to develop the messaging, digital strategy and communications tools needed to bring the Outcomes Framework to life for a broad international audience.

Key elements of the strategy included:

• Refining the narrative around the shift from agricultural practices to measurable outcomes.

• Developing the microsite strategy, launch content and partner communications toolkit.

• Designing intuitive user journeys that make complex information accessible to different audiences.

• Planning future platform development around searchable guidance, case studies and practical implementation resources.

Greenhouse developed the campaign strategy, brand identity, messaging, website, digital communications and partner engagement toolkit, alongside creative direction, social assets and launch communications to build a scalable global movement for climate action.


Outcomes and impact


Greenhouse helped transform the Regen10 Outcomes Framework from a detailed technical publication into a clear, engaging digital experience that supports global adoption. By simplifying complex information and designing intuitive user journeys, we created a platform that enables farmers, businesses, policymakers and landscape organisations to explore, understand and apply the framework in practice.

The work established a scalable communications ecosystem that can evolve alongside Regen10’s programme, while laying the foundations for future guidance, case studies and partner resources. It also strengthened Greenhouse’s role as an ongoing strategic communications partner as the initiative entered its next phase.
