Greenhouse wins Business Green’s Communications Agency of the Year

The work we do delivers real-world outcomes
We won the award because our work is grounded in delivering impact at scale. In the last year alone, we have:
- Transformed energy infrastructure by launching NatPower’s Gigaparks, unlocking 60GWh of battery storage and developing new solar and wind projects. The integrated communications campaign drove 675 million impressions, 93 media placements and 50 high-quality business leads, while inspiring a £10 billion charitable fund to support community investment in the green economy.
- Demanded policy action for improved water quality alongside Surfers Against Sewage, driving sewage pollution to the top of the UK general election agenda. With 200 media placements, including The Guardian, ITV and The Times, our media strategy helped secure political commitments across party lines.
- Held fossil fuel expansion to account by partnering with Uplift and Greenpeace to legally challenge and ultimately reverse government approval for the Rosebank oilfield. Our media and advocacy strategy helped to make Rosebank the UK’s most high-profile legal battle on fossil fuels, delivering thousands of articles and millions of views, and setting a precedent for future fossil fuel litigation.
- Partnered with Bloomberg Ocean Initiative and founding partners to launch the Together for the Ocean coalition, aligning marine NGOs, stakeholders and global influencers behind a unified message. The campaign secured 652 media articles across outlets including BBC Radio 4, Reuters and The Guardian, reached 10 million social impressions and achieved over 3 million film views, with support from global figures such as John Kerry and Monica Medina.
- Accelerated innovation through our partnership with the Carbon Trust, supporting 12 ground-breaking clean tech innovators via the £1 billion Net Zero Innovation Portfolio. From tailored investor training to full brand development and content production, we helped scale solutions for low-carbon technology commercialisation.
- Shifted climate narratives with Open Planet’s ‘Stories for Change’ campaign, delivering 20 million impressions and 9 million video views across digital platforms, including TikTok, to elevate stories of hope and solutions.Celebrated regenerative farmers through We Feed The UK, amplifying stories of pioneering farmers and securing national and regional coverage to inspire communities to rethink how we produce and consume food.
- Partnered with The Elders to launch a global call for long-term leadership, urging world leaders to move beyond short-termism and address existential threats. Our integrated campaign secured 85 media placements across 19 countries, reached over 1.1 billion impressions, and engaged 357,000 users online. Over 3,000 global figures, including Ban Ki-moon, Cate Blanchett and Gordon Brown, joined the call for action.
- Advanced ocean accountability with The Nature Conservancy to launch the Tuna Transparency Pledge, building a bold new brand identity, targeted messaging and a paid media strategy that engaged key seafood industry stakeholders, supported by influencer advocacy and global media outreach.
