Head of People and Culture

About Greenhouse

Greenhouse is a purpose-driven communications agency working at the forefront of climate action. We partner with organisations and individuals tackling the climate crisis – whether that’s coalitions reshaping entire systems, innovators scaling new technologies, or activists holding power to account. Our role is to help these stories be heard, understood and acted on.

We are proudly B Corp certified and committed to using business as a force for good – balancing people, planet and profit.

We have recently embarked on an important new phase, having transitioned to employee ownership in 2025. This shift reflects our belief that shared ownership builds a stronger, more accountable and more motivated organisation – and creates long-term value for both our people and our mission.

The Role & Opportunity

This is a pivotal role at a defining moment. Over the past five years, we’ve grown to a team of 50 across London and Bristol. Now, we’re focused on how we grow well – deepening our culture, strengthening leadership, and equipping our people to think and act more entrepreneurially as an employee-owned business.

As Head of People & Culture, you’ll play a central role in shaping that future.

This is not just about running HR operations. It’s about building an environment where people do their best work, grow with confidence, and feel genuine ownership of the agency’s success.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to lead change, strengthen engagement, and embed a culture that is values-led and high-performing.
