The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Senior Marketing Manager to join a newly created team, The Impact Lab.

Your role within the Lab will be to drive data-led marketing strategy delivery at Greenhouse, ensuring we are always improving our activations to maximise the effectiveness and impact of our campaigns. You will be responsible for optimising multi-channel performance, improving conversion rates and ensuring our clients’ campaigns deliver measurable impact.

Most likely, with expertise as a Digital Account Manager in an agency or in-house, you will have proven project management experience with excellent technical capability across all channels ensuring our campaigns reach the right people at the right time in the right place.

Your experience will have provided you with good technical experience on how to use content to deliver impact including: detailed activation planning; strategic content development; in-platform optimisation; website and landing page builds; website search engine optimisation; conversion rate optimisation and more recently, AI-driven optimisation.

It’s also important that you have an understanding of email marketing best practice and CRM management so that you can support the agency to continuously refine marketing efforts at the important bottom-of-the-funnel stage.

You will also have experience of managing the design and development of digital products – such as websites, web-based interactive tools and, ideally, apps. You will have a keen eye for detail, be experienced in the use of content management systems and be passionate about collaborating effectively with designers and developers.

In an ideal world, you will have had experience using data-driven insights and testing methodologies to ensure the campaigns we deliver will be well-tested and optimised based on data.

This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented digital marketer who thrives in a purposeful environment and is passionate about leveraging digital performance to drive growth and deliver impact for positive change.
